Job Description
Under the general supervision of the immediate supervisor, the Plumber applies technical expertise in conjunction with other Maintenance Department team members, in the inspection, maintenance, repair and installation of water, waste, HVAC, and heating systems within school division facilities in an efficient safe manner.

The successful candidate will hold a Grade 12 or equivalent plus a Saskatchewan accepted Journeypersons status in the Plumbing trade and hold a valid General Gas Fitting license. Any required licenses will be registered with The Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan. A minimum of five years of directly related experience in plumbing, gas fitting and HVAC in a commercial environment is required along with the ability to work in confined spaces, vessels and crawl spaces. The successful applicant will have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and they will possess basic computer skills. An acceptable driving abstract will be required.
