Base Crew Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Base Crew Supervisor. The main functions of the Base Crew Supervisor is to supervise laborers and operators through delegation and instruction to prepare the base for asphalt application at worksites. The supervisor will also operate equipment and other tasks as needed. The Supervisor will coordinate with the Operations Manager and the Quality Control

Base Crew Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Base Crew Supervisor. The main functions of the Base Crew Supervisor is to supervise laborers and operators through delegation and instruction to prepare the base for asphalt application at worksites. The supervisor will also operate equipment and other tasks as needed. The Supervisor will coordinate with the Operations Manager and the Quality Control Department to ensure quality work is being performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Experience operating equipment is required. If you are dependable, like a new challenge every day and working outdoors, we may have a place for you.

Wage will depend on experience and will be discussed at interview stage.

Our positions are full-time, 5-6 days per week and seasonal, but this position could lead to year-round for the right candidate as we do snow removal in the winter as well.
