Accountabilities
-Lead full life-cycle delivery of complex programs and projects involving technology, data, and multi-organizational collaboration
-Develop and manage project charters, work plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management frameworks

-Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, funding requirements, and technical implementation
-Provide regular project reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance
-Identify and manage project risks, interdependencies, and scope changes in evolving program environments
-Support funding proposals, business case development, and long-term program sustainability planning
-Oversee procurement processes and vendor coordination where required
Qualifications
-Degree in Computer Science, Geomatics, Geography, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
-Minimum 7 years of project or program management experience, ideally within infrastructure, public-sector, environmental, technology, or multi-partner initiatives
-Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is strongly preferred
