-Employee Relations and Performance Management
-Compensation, Benefits and Leave Administration
-Training and Professional Development
-Confidentiality and Records Management
-Reporting and Advisory Role for Director of Education and Education Coordinators.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in human resource/ business administration.
-Strong Knowledge of HR best practices
-Leadership, communication and analytical skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
-Must have a Class 5 driving license and ability to travel.
