What Youll Do:
Lead fullcycle recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination
Support leaders with coaching, communication, and performance management
Oversee employee relations with fairness and professionalism
Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with legislation
Conduct investigations, assess risks, and provide recommendations
Manage HR administration, data integrity, reporting, and workforce planning
Champion a respectful, collaborative, and continuously improving culture
Support well-being, recognition, mental health, and traumainformed practices
Identify and mitigate HRrelated risks across the organization
What You Bring:
Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Experience in transportation, safetycritical, or regulated industries is an asset
Hours of Work:
Full-time, in person, with occasional evening or weekend events, potential incident response support, and periodic stat holiday work.
