Hours: 40/wk with OT, 4 10 hour shifts
We're maintaining beautiful custom gardens and luxury landscapes in Saskatoon with an eco-friendly twist.
Responsibilities:
Showing up to work on time, reliable transportation, wears correct gear to work.
Transport/handle plants, tools and maintenance materials via vehicles/trailers.
Use of basic hand tools and intermediate power tools.
Perform landscape maintenance/horticultural tasks like seasonal yard cleanups,

Perform landscape maintenance/horticultural tasks like seasonal yard cleanups, pruning, planting, mulching, weeding, fertilizing and ongoing plant care.
Monitor, diagnose and maintain biodiverse outdoor spaces.
Keep sites, equipment and trucks safe, tidy and organized.
Ability to maintain accurate records and perform regular safety checks.
Work as a team in a dynamic, fast-paced outdoor environment to tackle on-site challenges.
Potential to shift into snow removal as the season changes.
Requirements:
1+ yrs horticulture experience working for a professional company and/or PHC certificate or equivalent degree.
Valid Class 5 license (clean abstract).
Lift 50+ lbs; outdoor work in all weather.
Team-oriented, punctual, full-season commitment.
Enthusiasm for quality, hands-on plant and garden care.
Utilizes PPE and safety equipment.
Ideal for reliable outdoor workers seeking steady seasonal work in natural maintenance-focused horticulture.
