Namerind Housing Corporation serves as the Community Entity (CE) for the Government of Canada's Reaching Home strategy. The Community Entity administers funds to support vulnerable Regina populations to gain and/or maintain safe, stable housing and related case management services.

Namerind Housing Corporation serves as the Community Entity (CE) for the Government of Canada's Reaching Home strategy. The Community Entity administers funds to support vulnerable Regina populations to gain and/or maintain safe, stable housing and related case management services.
We have a career opportunity available for a Manager of the Community Entity. In this leadership role, you will deliver the objectives of the Community Entity which include:
Working with the Regina Homelessness Community Advisory Board of the Reaching Home program and community-based organizations of related sub-projects. This includes managing the call for proposals process, making recommendations, establishing contribution agreements, managing all financial, data, and project activities and submitting detailed reports.
Managing the annual Point-in-Time (PiT) Count process which includes developing the plan, implementing the count, overseeing follow-up analysis and providing detailed reports with respect to the people in our community who are homeless.
Establishing events in support of the Reaching Home program; overseeing all administrative details; making presentations and facilitating discussions.
Providing oversight of the CE budget, related expenditures, and outcomes.
Leading a team to make a positive difference in our community and establishing meaningful working relationships with community members, business, and other stakeholders.
A degree in Business Administration, Non-profit Sector or Indigenous Studies, or a related field, is required along with 3-5 years proven leadership experience.
