At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT &EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Parts Tech to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in North Battleford. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be a first point of contact with customers & be a part of the future of agriculture. Our Techs are committed to delivering exceptional service through selling/receiving/delivering parts and accessories. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service
-Assist all customers with locating parts/resources/placing orders
-Suggest additional items as recommended
-Assist in all areas such as tidying/stocking/merchandising
-Receive/count inventory
-Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships
-Participate in training to develop skills/knowledge

Requirements
-Excellent communication skills
-Ag parts/machinery knowledge
-Strong Interpersonal and teamwork skills
-Experience working with software systems
-Ability to lift heavy parts
-Valid drivers license
-Work flexible/extended hours and weekends
-Farming background/experience an asset
-2+ yrs experience in a Parts environment
-Red Seal in Parts an asset
