Duties:
    Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
    Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or dietary intolerances
    Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
    Clean kitchen and work areas
    Manage kitchen operations
    Coordinate, transport, and deliver catering orders to clients in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:
    Minimum 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen
    12 years of catering experience preferred
    Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
    Food Safe Certificate required
    Professional Cooking Certificate considered an asset
    Valid drivers license required (for catering deliveries)
    Must be able to pass a criminal record check
