The File Hills QuAppelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) is a dynamic and progressive organization that provides a range of programs and health services which serve eleven First Nations throughout Southern Saskatchewan within the Treaty Four Territory. The position will work as part of the Human Resource Team, located in All Nations Healing Hospital in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. Under the direction of the ANHH Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Clerk will play a critical role in collecting, verifying, and organization of employee data and personnel files to support a smooth and compliant eHRM system migration. This position will also provide support to the Human Resource Management Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, review, and organize data and personnel files for system migration.
Audit existing HR records for accuracy.
Upload and enter employee data to the new eHRM system.
Liaise with departments to gather data and updated information.
Provide HR support to team during the transition period.
Maintain departmental records.
Provide administrative support to the HR/Payroll team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration. or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have two years minimum experience working in the human resources field.
Experience working with HRIS systems is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Must have initiative, motivation, and the ability to work independently.
Proficient working knowledge of various software programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Access);
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to learn new skills and to multitask.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to work within First Nations Traditional and Spiritual Institutes.
Clean CPIC and valid class 5 drivers license.
