Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining electronic and paper medical records, answering phone and email inquiries, processing patient information, and preparing billing and insurance documentation. The successful candidate will also assist with coordinating patient referrals, managing clinic correspondence, ordering office supplies, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks within the clinic.

The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining confidentiality of patient information. Experience with dental or medical office administration systems is considered an asset.

Employment Details:
Permanent full-time position
35- 40 hours per week
Wage: $24.75 per hour
