The Executive Assistant, Employee Benefits, is responsible for providing administrative services to the Employee Benefit Plans Board of Trustees, supporting governance committees and the Employee Benefits leadership team. In collaboration with the Manager, Governance and Policy, the Executive Assistant is responsible for organizing and preparing all Employee Benefit Plans Board of Trustees and Committee meetings, maintaining schedules and timelines for meeting related tasks as well as accurately preparing, editing, proofreading, and formatting a variety of documents. This includes providing on-site meeting support and managing communication flow between the various committees that serve the Employee Benefit Plans. Acting as an ambassador for the organization, the Executive Assistant delivers exceptional customer service in all interactions with partners and decision-makers.
Additionally, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Employee Benefits leadership team including coordinating departmental activities, scheduling appointments, and organizing internal and external meetings. The Executive Assistant oversees document posting to the 3sHealth website and distributing external communications, ensuring adherence to version control and quality standards.
Experience:
- A minimum of two years of work-related experience
Qualifications:
- Grade twelve diploma.
- Office Administration certificate is required.
- Directly related experience can be considered as an equivalent.
