This role provides confidential executive administrative support to the Region Manager and the Canada leadership team. Responsibilities include managing calendars and emails, coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, handling expense reports and bill processing, and organizing large-scale leadership meetings. The role also involves maintaining schedules, booking meeting rooms, working across multiple systems (such as SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, and Chrome River), and supporting team operations while improving processes and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of senior administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should be professional, detail-oriented, capable of building strong relationships, and highly proficient in MS Office and business systems, with SAP or Oracle experience considered an asset.
