Qualifications:

Knowledge/Understanding of Indigenous culture, vulnerable populations;
Maintain professional boundaries in and out of the workplace as outlined in the YWCA Code of Conduct and Ethics Agreement;
Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers Licence;
Must pass Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector check;
Excellent communication skills;
Good Time management;

Duties:
Case plan development, tracking and execution;
Provide a monthly report & annual report to management ,and monthly calendar of events for clientele;
Set long and short-term goals with a timeline for completion;
Ensure all incidents are properly documented and reported to manager;
Provide transportation to client appointments and needed;
Ensure all incidents are properly documented;

Occasional work in non-traditional hours as assigned by management;
Must be available for an "on-call" schedule;
Develop and coordinate the day program;
Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management to ensure the effective operation of Homeward Bound Windsor;
