The primary responsibility is to assist the Summer Play Coordinator in planning, leading, instructing, and evaluate diverse and inclusive sport, culture and recreation activities for children. Specifically, 5- 12 years of age.

Duties:
- Supervise Summer Play activities at the White City Community Centre, ensuring the care, safety, and security of both employees and participants.
- Plan, lead, instruct, and evaluate a variety of diverse and inclusive sports, cultural, and recreational activities for children, specifically ages 5-12.
- Assist the Program Coordinator in maintaining accurate records, including incident reports, participant medical information, and code of conduct warnings.
- Implement appropriate behavior management strategies while supervising participants.
- Collaborate with program partners and volunteers to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all Town of White City policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Program Coordinator and fellow Program Leader to plan, lead, instruct, and evaluate the program.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
