At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Parts Tech to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Yorkton. This shift is 3pm-11pm M-F. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a first point of contact with customers & be a part of the future of agriculture. Our Techs are committed to delivering exceptional service through selling/receiving/delivering parts and accessories. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist all customers with locating parts/placing orders
- Suggest additional items as needed
- Tidying/stocking
- Receive/count inventory
- Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships
- Participate in training/development
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ag parts/machinery knowledge
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
- Experience working with software systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts
- Valid drivers license
- Work flexible/extended hours & weekends
- Farming background/experience an asset
- 2+ yrs experience in a Parts role
- Red Seal in Parts an asset
