The Rural Municipality of Lawtonia No. 135 is accepting applications for a full-time Seasonal Equipment Operator. The position will commence on or around April 1, 2026- October 31, 2026.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Primarily the operating of a tractor and mower as well as a roadside truck-bed sprayer as well as other duties as requested and/or assigned by Council or the Foreman.
Qualifications and Expectations:
1.    Experience operating equipment.
2.    Must be willing to receive training and acquire certificates as needed.
3.    Preference will be given to those with a Pesticide Applicator Licence.
The R.M. offers a competitive wage, a comprehensive benefits package and the MEPP (Municipal Employees Pension Plan).
All applications must be in writing, stating experience and three work related references, along with a current drivers abstract, and must be submitted to the R.M. office by April 8, 2026.
