About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized In-House Estimator to join our fast-paced
restoration and insurance-focused team. In this role, you will work directly with our project managers to
review job files, interpret specifications, and prepare accurate estimates that meet insurance company
guidelines.

review job files, interpret specifications, and prepare accurate estimates that meet insurance company
guidelines.
This position requires strong communication skills, as you will collaborate regularly with insurance
adjusters, respond to estimate reviews, and provide clarification when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive job files and project specs from Project Managers
- Build accurate estimates following insurance company standards and pricing software (e.g.,
Xactimate if applicable)
- Communicate directly with insurance adjusters regarding estimate reviews and revisions
- Ensure documentation is complete, clear, and compliant
- Track changes, approvals, and required follow-up
- Work internally with PMs and admin staff to keep files organized and up to date
- Assist in improving estimating processes as needed
Qualifications:
Must be a Saskatchewan Resident
- Experience in construction estimating, restoration, or insurance (preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance estimating platforms such as Xactimate is a strong asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
