We are seeking an energetic, customer focused, motivated Wireless Team Member (WTM) to join our team at our 915-801 15th St East location. A Full-time opportunity is available. As a member of our wireless sales team, you will make connections with each customer by being passionate about helping people and identifying the customer's products and service needs to guide them toward the best wireless technology solutions. In addition, you enjoy learning about new technology and teaching others to learn as well.
Qualifications:
-Previous customer service experience; sales experience an asset.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-resolution skills.
-Comfortable with technology and ability to keep up to date with product knowledge and services.
-Strong attention to detail and compliance to ensure accuracy in transactions, inventory, and procedures.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to relate to all levels of staff and maintain confidentiality.
-Proficient with MS Office applications (Teams, Outlook Word, Excel).
-Due to the nature of the business, there may be times when the WTM is required to work alone.
-Flexible availability, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
