Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
