Pharmasave #416 is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Patient-Focused Care Responsibilities:

-Accurately count, measure, and package medications per protocols
-Receive, stock, and rotate inventory; assist with inventory audits
-Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy; dispose of

-Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in delivering high-quality patient care
-Greet customers and handle phone calls professionally
-Enter, label, and package prescriptions under supervision
-Accurately count, measure, and package medications per protocols
-Receive, stock, and rotate inventory; assist with inventory audits
-Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy; dispose of expired/hazardous materials safely
-Perform clerical tasks (filing, faxing, scanning) and assist with insurance claims and prescription transfers
-Support daily pharmacy operations and other assigned duties

Qualifications
-Retail Pharmacy Assistant experience preferred
-Pharmacy Assistant program completion is an asset
-Experience with Kroll and strong prescription data entry accuracy are assets
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes/containers as needed
-Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Schedule:
-Full-time, 40 hours per week
-Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
-Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
-Shifts are scheduled within these hours.
