Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking detailed oriented System Analysts - Salesforce to join our Regina, SK location. This position is responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Brandt's Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Analyst combines technical administration with business analysis, serving as the primary point of contact between business users and the Salesforce technical team. This role configures the platform, gathers requirements, documents solutions, supports users, and drives adoption across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. During the Digital Transformation program, this role works alongside the Salesforce delivery team to configure the platform, support UAT, and develop training materials. Post-implementation, this role handles day-to-day administration, enhancement requests, user support, and adoption initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Platform Administration
-Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules per business requirements
-Build and maintain Flows and automation to support business processes
*Business Analysis
-Gather and document enhancement requests from business users across assigned divisions
-Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business justification
*Program Delivery
-Support requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
-Configure Salesforce components per sprint requirements
Required Skills:
-Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Experience:
-4+ years of Salesforce experience in administration, business analysis, or a combined role
-Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business, or related field
