What will you do?
Greet tables warmly, making a positive first impression
Maintain tables; set up, organize, clear and clean in a timely manner
Become an expert in all menu items including regular items, specials, allergens and dietary restrictions
Make recommendations and provide pairing and upselling suggestions
Take accurate orders and manage bill times
Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized
