RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sales of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer.
2. To receive merchandise as required.
3. To operate and maintain all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
4. Knowledge of farming operations, chemical and fertilizer is an asset.

REQUIREMENTS
Have a positive, professional approach and attitude. Able to work a variety of shifts. A pleasant and out-going personality. A desire and ability to work with the public. Physically able to do heavy lifting, climbing and kneeling. Forklift certification considered an asset. Position is classified as Safety Sensitive. Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol and Substance policy as a condition of employment.
