Specialist, Marketing Inventory and Contracts

Job Description
Reporting to the coordinator, marketing contract administration, you will contribute to delivering outstanding service as part of Camecos marketing department to Camecos portfolio of worldwide customers.
In this role, you will:
-Administer a portfolio of marketing contracts in support of Camecos sales team. This includes building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and the respective sales leads.
-Maintain an SAP-based contract management

-Administer a portfolio of marketing contracts in support of Camecos sales team. This includes building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and the respective sales leads.
-Maintain an SAP-based contract management system, monitor and coordinate the delivery of products and related services to customers, and manage contract and delivery documents.
-Provide cross coverage for inventory management.
Required:
-bachelors degree in commerce, business administration or marketing;
-three to five years of relevant work experience;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
-detail orientated, organized and strong communication skills;
-proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including complex pricing formulas in Excel.
Recommended:
