Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support to MCoS staff while ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for members, stakeholders, and the general public.
Ensure reliable and consistent access to MCoS services and information.
Support financial administration in coordination with external bookkeeping and payroll providers.
Prepare, manage, and maintain organizational documents and records in accordance with MCoS standards.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is handled accurately and in a timely manner.
Oversee the daily operations of the MCoS office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements.
Qualification
Applicants for this position must have a relevant combination of post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree, and/or prior experience in an administrative role.
This position requires exceptional administrative skills and a positive attitude.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; including experience and proficiency with Excel is essential.
