Madills Drugs is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:
-Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in delivering patient-focused care
-Greet customers and manage phone inquiries professionally
-Assist with prescription entry, labelling, counting, measuring, and packaging under supervision
-Receive, stock, rotate, and monitor inventory; assist with audits
-Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy and dispose of waste safely

-Assist with prescription entry, labelling, counting, measuring, and packaging under supervision
-Receive, stock, rotate, and monitor inventory; assist with audits
-Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy and dispose of waste safely
-Perform clerical duties, including filing, scanning, insurance claims, and prescription transfers
-Support daily pharmacy operations as needed

Qualifications:
-Pharmacy assistant program and retail pharmacy experience are assets
-Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
-Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency (Kroll experience an asset)
-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes as required
-Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends

Schedule:
-Full-time (40 hours/week)
-Store hours: MondayFriday 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
-Shifts scheduled within these hours; weekend availability required
