Job Description: Reporting to the Program Manager, the Unit Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day operations and patient flow of the Unit. They will facilitate the use of critical thinking skills by the RN and LPN staff as they are fostered to work to their full scope of practice.

Experience
- One (1) year leadership experience
- 3 years recent experience in acute care nursing in a team environment required
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Recent Endoscopy experience an asset
- Renal & Chemotherapy Certification with experience in Saskatchewan is an asset
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
