Your Mission:
Be the trusted connection between our Customers and our Service Team
Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence
Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate service records and support shop workflow
Align Technician schedules and shop capacity for efficiency
Your Toolkit:
Experience in Customer service, Service writing, or scheduling
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A Team-first mindset with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong mechanical or technical aptitude (heavy-duty experience is an asset)
