As Casual Receptionist, you will cover reception when needed  EDOs, vacation time, training days, etc.  

Specifically, you will:  
- Be the first point of contact with outside guests  greet customers and visitors, ensure they are signed

As Casual Receptionist, you will cover reception when needed  EDOs, vacation time, training days, etc.  

Specifically, you will:  
- Be the first point of contact with outside guests  greet customers and visitors, ensure they are signed in and are aware of visitor safety information.
- Receive and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person and take messages.
- Prepare daily courier packages for Purolator via online system, arrange additional picks-ups when required.
- Order office supply requests through online vendor.
- Receive, sort and stamp incoming mail and ensure outgoing mail is posted and ready for pick up.
- Various administrative duties as required; report any issues, daily maintenance of common areas, assist with coordinating meetings and catering requirements.

Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist/Admin role.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Office Education is an asset.
Personality/Desired attributes:
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deal professionally with customers and co-workers.
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize.
