Key Responsibilities:
Responding to Maintenance Requests:
Addressing and resolving maintenance issues reported by tenants, supervisors, or other stakeholders.
Performing Repairs:
Making minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building components.
General Maintenance:
Conducting routine tasks like painting,

Responding to Maintenance Requests:
Addressing and resolving maintenance issues reported by tenants, supervisors, or other stakeholders.
Performing Repairs:
Making minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building components.
General Maintenance:
Conducting routine tasks like painting, flooring repair, carpentry, plastering, drywall repair, and window washing.
Safety Checks and Inspections:
Performing regular safety checks, maintaining fire and safety systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance:
Maintaining landscaping, including mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and plant/shrub watering.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintaining and repairing building equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Inventory Management:
Maintaining inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining records of inspections, work performed, and maintenance activities.
Collaboration:
Working with other maintenance staff, contractors, and building occupants to ensure smooth operations.
Snow Removal:
Removing snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and driveways as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance practices.
Technical Skills: Ability to use hand and power tools, and read technical manuals and drawings.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot building issues.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
