Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accounts are accurate and resolve discrepancies
Confirm charges on statements for credit cards
Balance and reconcile accounts on a regular basis
Check contracts, orders, purchases and statements for accuracy
Review and manage incoming communications, directing as needed
Respond to customer and vendor inquiries with confidence
Support reporting and documentation as required
Maintain organized financial records and files

What You Bring:
13 years of related experience in finance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid computer and keyboarding skills
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional communication with customers and team members
