POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the management and over site of the Divisions Operations Supervisors. Responsible for casual and short-term contract operations, scheduling and guard performance within the North Saskatchewan Division. Proactively assists in the marketing and selling of the organizations' different business lines. Continuously builds and supports client relationships to ensure continued business partnerships. Position requires a professional with strong administration, financial management and human resources skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the efficiency of all aspects of the Commissionaires' operation that are assigned, administration of temporary and casual contracts throughout the North Saskatchewan Division.

Assist the Director of Operations and Senior Contract Manager in proactively marketing and selling the organizations different business lines.

Manage the performance of the Operations Supervisors and guards as assigned.

Ensure that all staff and subordinates are fully aware of the scope of their duties and initiate action to prevent non-conformities.

Ensure schedules are compliant with Employment Standards and are not incurring non bill able overtime.

Visit sites to confirm compliance with regulations / policies and to verify the implementation of solutions and corrective action with client concurrence as necessary.

Keeping the Senior Contract Manager and Director of Operations updated on all Corps matters that arise.

Special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:

Leadership and management experience.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills.

Experience in operations functions, personnel administration, financial administration, and office Management

Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must.
