You will be providing services in a manner that demonstrates the principles of appropriate choice, dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality. The cook plays a pivotal role in making the food service experiences filled with meaning. Food should be prepared with care, served with pleasure, and appeal to all of the senses. You must be able to lift or push up to 50lbs, stoop, kneel, and reach. You will also assist with daily life within the Community as needed, such as serving meals, doing light housekeeping in the food service area, and assisting Residents.
