Job Description: The Community Physical Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive services within the Community Health Services Program, as a member of a multi-disciplinary health team committed to health promotion and disease prevention. Assessment and treatment services will be provided to outpatients, inpatients, residents of nursing homes and to clients in their own homes. This position also offers some opportunity for delivery of educational programs. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
