AgWorld Equipment has been a trusted solutions provider in the ag community since 1995.  We are currently seeking to add an agricultural or heavy duty equipment technician to add to our service department. We have a large, bright and clean 35,000 square foot shop and a great, experienced crew to work with.

AgWorld Equipment has been a trusted solutions provider in the ag community since 1995.  We are currently seeking to add an agricultural or heavy duty equipment technician to add to our service department. We have a large, bright and clean 35,000 square foot shop and a great, experienced crew to work with.  

Responsibilities Include:
Inspect and diagnose issues for a wide variety of farm machinery, including tractors, combines, cultivators, seeders, sprayers etc.
Repair, adjust and/or replace systems and components according to specifications
Perform updates and inspections
Use our business system to maintain a record of repairs and parts used
Participate in service calls when necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and unsupervised yet be coachable
Work as a professional, displaying a Pride in Workmanship mindset
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Adhere to our Core Values
Experience working on Agco brands such as Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Rogator is an asset
Ability to work overtime/weekends during seeding and harvesting
Preference given to:
Registered Journeyman - Agriculture Equipment Technician required or
Registered Journeyman - Heavy Duty Equipment Technician

Wages:
We pay top competitive wages in the market. Wages are negotiable based on experience and performance and will be somewhere between $36-$46 per hour, with overtime paid per labour guide requirements.
