Lovingly Made Flour Mills Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our plant processes. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring equipment, maintaining production standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and equipment performance.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations.

Experience
Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery operation is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by production needs.
A commitment to safety practices and environmental regulations is essential.
