Christ the Teacher Catholic School Division invites applications for the position of Superintendent of Education, with duties commencing August 1, 2026.
The division seeks an individual of vision and integrity who, as part of our team, will provide shared leadership in support of the divisions priorities.  The successful candidate will:

    Be a practising Catholic, active in her/his personal faith formation;
    Have a strong record

The division seeks an individual of vision and integrity who, as part of our team, will provide shared leadership in support of the divisions priorities.  The successful candidate will:

    Be a practising Catholic, active in her/his personal faith formation;
    Have a strong record of success as a school principal or as a school division leader and the skills to mentor, support, supervise and evaluate a variety of staff;
    Have a relevant Masters degree, be eligible for membership in LEADS, and qualify for Saskatchewan teaching certification;
    Ensure accountability of self and others, develop leadership capacity in those supervised, and possess an ability to nurture a positive organizational culture in the division;
    Possess a servant-leadership orientation; and
    Lead and implement change resulting in positive outcomes for students as identified in the Board Strategic Plan.

Applicants are requested to submit a letter of application, resume, list of three professional references, pastoral reference, and a brief statement of their educational philosophy.
