As a core member of the Operations & Engineering Leadership Team, this role translates market and field needs into engineered solutions, drives structured product development processes, and ensures seamless integration between design, manufacturing, supply chain, and field performance.
Key responsibilities are:
- Leadership & Organization Development
- Product Ownership & Engineering Governance
- Agriculture Equipment Expertise & Customer Insight
- OEM Program Leadership (John Deere)
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Program & Financial Management
- Continuous Improvement & Lifecycle Management
This is ideal if you bring 5-8 years of product development experience in agriculture, heavy equipment or off-road machinery. You also have 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
