Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Plant Administrative Supervisor oversees commercial, production, and administrative support operations that enable efficient and compliant plant performance. This role provides critical leadership and administrative services to the plant management team while ensuring strong internal controls and streamlined processes.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and supervise administrative and support staff, fostering a highperforming and wellorganized team
Manage commercial and production support activities including financial transactions, inventory reconciliation, payroll processing, procurement, and daily production reporting
Oversee monthly physical inventory observations, analyze variances, and ensure accurate monthend financial cutoffs
Implement and maintain SOX and internal control procedures, educating local leadership to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Provide administrative support to the plant leadership team, coordinate plant events, and act as liaison with HR, IT, and Accounts Payable shared services
Support annual budgeting, spending variance analysis, and financial planning initiatives
Promote a strong safety culture by supporting training programs and plant safety initiatives
Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative or operational leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or agribusiness
Strong communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAPGTM) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
