Job Description:

We are a high-paced, no-nonsense, and hardworking contractor. We do not stop until the job is done. We are seeking a reliable and physically capable General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate has practical experience in fencing and general contracting. However, we are willing to mentor and train the right candidate who demonstrates a genuine desire to learn and succeed in our industry. You will assist our lead installers and contractors in completing projects across Saskatchewan, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Fencing Installation: Post-hole digging, post setting, leveling, and installing materials (wood, chain-link, vinyl, etc.).

General Contracting: Site prep, demolition, cleanup, material handling, and basic carpentry.

Travel: Mandatory, non-negotiable travel to job sites across the province.

Equipment: Safely operate power and hand tools.

Safety: Adhere to all protocols and maintain a clean job site.

Requirements:

Culture: High-paced, non-stop team. We want individuals serious about their work.

Physical: Must be able to lift 100+ lbs daily.

Schedule: 4-day, 10-hour shifts (4-10s).

Transportation: Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory.

Travel: Province-wide travel is a non-negotiable condition of employment.

Experience: Previous construction experience is an asset; we will train the right candidate with the right attitude.

What We Offer:

Competitive wage: $20$30/hr (based on experience/performance).

Consistent 3-day weekends.
