POSITION SUMMARY:
The Autumn House Manager shall have experience and proven knowledge in the operation of a personal care home. They will be responsible for the strategic and operational needs of the staff as well as fostering both the relationships of the residents, their families and community partnerships.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Autumn House Manager shall have experience and proven knowledge in the operation of a personal care home. They will be responsible for the strategic and operational needs of the staff as well as fostering both the relationships of the residents, their families and community partnerships.
The Autumn House Manager is accountable for directing and mentoring care staff to ensure resident focused care is achieved. Responsibilities include overseeing that residents are provided with excellent routine care as well as collaborating with other members of our care team (Physician, Home Care, Community Paramedic, Emergency Medical Services and Autumn House Staff) on resident care, treatment, and support. Ensuring the appropriate coordination of ongoing care education and recertification for the Autumn House Staff.
Work Schedule:
Although the expectation is Monday through Friday, as this in a combination of administrative and direct employee oversite and resident care, you must be flexible to work on a variable schedule to allow the time necessary to facilitate the duties of the position. On-call responsibilities are as required. The Autumn House Manager may be required to respond by phone or in person outside of regular hours.
Qualifications:
LPN educational training and proof of licensure in good standing with SALPN (preferred)
Valid BLS (preferred)
Clinical experience in a Personal Care Home setting would be considered a strong asset
Interpersonal communication skills required for this role
Experience in the not-for-profit sector preferred
Operations experience preferred
Hourly Wage: Starting at $35.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
