The Opportunity
As the Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both the financial operations and day-to-day administrative functions of the organization.

This is a well-rounded position that offers a blend of bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, and office coordination responsibilitiesideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and being a central part of a small, engaged team.

You will work closely with the General Manager and team members, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and deposits
Process and reconcile invoices, expense claims, and financial transactions
Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks (desktop)
Administer payroll and employee benefits for a small team
Complete payroll remittances and ensure compliance with applicable
