Next Level Construction & Fencing is a Moose Jaw-based company focused on high-quality residential construction. We specialize in decks, fences, concrete flatwork and formwork, siding, and full home framingincluding foundations, floor systems, stairs, and back framing.

We are looking to add a reliable, skilled individual to our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities:

Build decks, fences, formwork, and structural framing
Measure, cut, and assemble wood, composites, and light-gauge steel
Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes
Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of construction experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet
Able to lift 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift
Valid drivers license (preferred)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

General labourer - $20$28
Solid carpenter/crew lead potential $28-$36
