Job description
* Drive to and from drilling locations to perform daily analysis and recommendations on maintaining drilling fluid properties
* Work alongside the wellsite supervisors and rig crew to ensure the drilling fluid properties meet the required specifications for the customer
* Recording any fluids lost or increases in volumes
* Recognizing drilling problems and proposing solutions
* Analyzing drilling conditions and proposing solutions to enhance those drilling conditions
* Maintain on-site inventory of products as required
* Ensure that all drilling fluid test equipment is well maintained
* On-call requirement
Applicant Skills & Qualifications
* Self-Motivated
* Ability to work alone
* Good personality and communication skills
* Team orientated
* Clean drivers abstract
* Drilling rig or drilling fluid related experience
* Oilfield chemical experience
* Keen computer knowledge in MS Office
