What Youll Do
Support hiring and onboarding of new employees
Set up employees in HR systems (ADP, HR4, benefits, etc.)
Help administer benefits, RRSPs, and WCB claims
Maintain accurate and organized employee records
Support managers with employee questions and situations
Assist with HR projects like policies, onboarding, and training programs
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees

What You Bring
1-3 years of HR or administrative experience (or strong interest in HR)
Education in HR, Business, or related field is an asset
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable learning new systems
Positive, team-oriented attitude
