    Check and maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas
    Teach staff proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe handling practices
    Cook full meals or specific dishes as required
    Adapt and prepare meals to meet customers dietary restrictions or allergies
    Purchase necessary ingredients, supplies, and kitchen equipment
    Design menus and forecast the ingredients needed
    Decide appropriate portion sizes and calculate food costs
    Ensure the kitchen and workspaces are kept clean and sanitary
    Keep track of inventory, supplies, and equipment records
