Job Description
Potzus Paving Ltd. is looking for groundmen/ labourers for aggregate crusher. Crusher moves to job sites across Saskatchewan, crushing aggregate for projects. If you have experience with crusher in capacities such as labourer, loader operator, tower operator, pls apply and state expereince.
Operating and maintaining equipment such as skid steer and various hand tools safely and efficiently.
Performing pre-operational checks

Operating and maintaining equipment such as skid steer and various hand tools safely and efficiently.
Performing pre-operational checks and routine minor maintenance on assigned equipment (e.g., fluid checks, reporting defects).
Ensuring the safety of the work zone by setting up traffic control, flagging, and maintaining a clear path for equipment and personnel.
Hauling and disposing of trimmed branches and brush, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Strictly adhering to all company and project site safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures, traffic control plans, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Maintaining awareness of surroundings and other personnel/equipment to always ensure safe operation.
Communicating effectively with supervisors and crew members regarding daily tasks, equipment status, and any encountered issues.
Assisting with other general site support or labouring duties as project needs dictate.
We Require:
Valid Drivers License (Class 5)
Previous experience in a similar outdoor labour or support role is an asset, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong understanding of basic safety principles and a willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging outdoor environments.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding manual labour.
