The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance.  Maintenance duties include performing preventative maintenance activities, completing work orders, notifying management of need for repairs, and working with contractors. Additional duties include keeping the building and grounds in clean and orderly condition, performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, cutting

The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance.  Maintenance duties include performing preventative maintenance activities, completing work orders, notifying management of need for repairs, and working with contractors. Additional duties include keeping the building and grounds in clean and orderly condition, performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, cutting grass, cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks and removing rubbish.
Applicants must be able to prioritize work orders to ensure optimal building functionality as well as the highest level of guest satisfaction while working with minimal supervision.  Excellent inter-department communication and coordination is required.
Experience with wall paper, painting, drywall repair, small appliances, minor plumbing and electrical, tools and small machinery and Pools is considered an asset.
