What Youll Do
As a key member of our Construction Services team, youll be the go to person overseeing a variety of construction, professional services, and service contracts during all stages of construction. Youll spend your days:
Leading Contract Administration
Managing and administering construction and service contracts to ensure full compliance with requirements and quality expectations.
Monitoring schedules, solving day to day issues, managing stakeholders, and contract communication
Driving Quality & Risk Management
Reviewing progress claims, negotiating scope changes, and interpreting contract documents with contractors, consultants, and Client Partners.
